The main entrance on the upper level leads into a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fringe-freezer and cupboards, work surface with a creamy marble splash back.

To the left side of the kitchen there is a comfortable living room with a view overlooking the pool, and the olive grove, Maleme village and in the distant the deep blue Cretan sea. Your view from inside, as well as outside, is only limited on the west by Rodopou Peninsula and on the far right-east side by Thodorou island.

On the right, the double-bedded master bedroom has a similar view. It is privileged with two en-suite toilet shower rooms with huge slabs of gorgeous marble on their walls and floor. Also on this level ,off the kitchen there is a bunk bedded room with a small en-suite toilet shower room. The floor in all four rooms is wooden as well as the ceiling.

At the lower level with its own entrance there is a studio with its own toilet and shower and a washing machine. To the front is a sitting area with a desk unit with computer -Internet facilities. At the back area there are two old Cretan style sofa beds.

The sleeping area in the studio is immediately below the master bedroom whose wooden floors offer little noise insulation in both directions.

Both sofas in the sitting room convert into single beds.

In the garden there are no fences or guardrails, therefore special care should be taken to protect young children from the drops.
