The house was built centuries ago. The Paraskakis family purchased it in 1964 after the previous owners, an old couple, passed away. They had no children and their relatives sold it to the Paraskakis family as it was situated next to a piece of farm land of theirs. It was initially used as a farm store house, however over the recent years a slow and skillful renovation process has converted it into a stylish villa with three bedrooms, four showers-wc's and a swimming pool.

It is built on a hillside, on two levels. The main entrance on the upper level leads into a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fringe-freezer and cupboards, work surface with a creamy marble splash back.

To the left side of the kitchen there is a comfortable living room with a view overlooking the pool, the olive grove, Maleme village and in the distant the deep blue Cretan sea. Your view is only limited on the west by Rodopou Peninsula and on the far right-east side by Thodorou island.
