The owner Stefanos was born in Maleme (1955) with extensive local knowledge. He has a degree in economics from Greek university, an MBA and an MA from British universities.

As a hobby he produces organic olive oil from the surrounding family olive grove. His full-time job is with one of the leading shipping companies of Crete.
